Zimbabwe Mission Trip

The Zimbabwe mission team will depart on January 7. We are excited to send this team to Zengeza, Zimbabwe where they will continue building the Zengeza Christian Church. The FEPC congregation has spent the last year collecting school supplies, fund raising, praying, and supporting this ministry in countless ways. Please pray for this team as they fellowship with the people of Zengeza and dedicate a new church, in the name of our Father!

New Sunday School Class

This month we will be offering a new Sunday School class on the Westminster Shorter Catechism (WSC), a question and answer style document that was crafted as a teaching tool for Christians. We invite you to join us as we journey through the WSC, allowing it to ignite in us a love for God’s word and a peek into His heart! The class begins January 11.

Annual Congregation Meeting

The annual meeting will be held SUNDAY, January 18, after worship. A pitch-in will follow, so please bring a dish or dessert to share.

Confirmation Classes

In January,  we will offer confirmation classes to students in grade 6 through 9.  The 10-week class will start on Sunday, January 25, after worship. Lunch will be provided.
Students will learn the fundamentals of their Christian faith, and specifics of the EPC denomination.  Youth that go through the class have the opportunity to become confirmed members, should they choose to do so. Contact our office to reserve a spot.

Our Mission & Vision

What We Believe

All Scripture is self-attesting and being Truth, requires our unreserved submission in all areas of life. The infallible Word of God, the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments, is a complete and unified witness to God’s redemptive acts culminating in the incarnation of the Living Word, the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible, uniquely and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit, is the supreme and final authority on all matters on which it speaks. On this sure foundation we affirm these Essentials:

Meet The PASTOR

Reverend Kelly Kurth

Pastor Kelly joined the ministry team here at FEPC in August of 2012.  He and his wife Becky are parents to two amazing kids. Kelly grew up in the hills of Eastern Ohio. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, a BS in Math and Computer Science from Waynesburg University, and as an MDiv from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis.

Kelly enjoys outdoor adventures, playing board games, wrestling with his ferocious mini-schnauzer, and making noise on his guitar.

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Matthew 28:19-20
